Dr. Elizabeth Jacobs, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. She began her academic journey at the U.S. Naval Academy and later earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Portland, where she was recognized as the Outstanding Clinician of her graduating class. She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Utah, graduating Summa Cum Laude and obtaining a Certificate in Nursing Informatics.

Dr. Jacobs brings extensive clinical experience across multiple specialties, including transplant surgery, bariatric medicine, urgent care, and primary care. In 2023, she founded her own practice with the mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Her approach emphasizes natural, conservative, and individualized treatment plans that support long-term health and wellbeing.

Outside of clinical practice, Elizabeth enjoys backcountry skiing, mountain biking, and playing tennis along the Wasatch Front. She is committed to helping patients of all ages live healthy, active, and fulfilling lives.
