Dr. Elizabeth Jacobs was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. She began her academic journey at the U.S. Naval Academy and later earned her BSN from the University of Portland, where she was honored as the Outstanding Clinician. She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Utah, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Certificate in Nursing Informatics.

Dr. Jacobs brings a broad range of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, having worked in transplant surgery, bariatric medicine, urgent care, and primary care. She opened her own practice in 2023 with a mission to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. Her approach emphasizes natural, conservative treatment tailored to each individual.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys backcountry skiing, mountain biking, and playing tennis along the Wasatch Front. She is passionate about helping patients of all ages live healthy, active lives.
