Dr. Elizabeth Jacobs was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. Following high school, she went to the US Naval Academy. Following, she attended nursing school at the University of Portland, where she was awarded Outstanding Clinician for her graduating class. Elizabeth then uprooted and moved to Salt Lake City, Utah, for her Doctor of Nursing Practice- Family Nurse Practitioner Training at the University of Utah. Elizabeth completed her Doctoral program Summa Cum Laude and with a Certificate in Nursing Informatics. Elizabeth has years of experience as a Registered Nurse and currently works as a Nurse practitioner. When Elizabeth is not working, she is backcountry skiing, mountain biking, or on the tennis court.

Starting with a medical staff of one- Dr. Elizabeth Jacobs opened her practice in 2023. She began her business after gaining necessary experience with talented clinicians. Her work and quality are evident in her practice. With a patient-centered approach, Elizabeth has been able to serve patients across the Salt Lake Valley.
